Every little movement they make is a marvel, and it’s those little moments that make your baby, your baby- the yawns, the frowns, little clasping hands. All of it captured in photos you can hold on to long after your baby is too heavy for your arms.

How I Photograph Newborns
I love simplicity and real expressions, and that is especially true of newborn sessions. In my studio I put a focus on capturing the details and moments that encompass the full newborn experience- not on a perfect sleeping baby, surrounded by props and posed in unnatural positions.

BOOKING
It all starts with choosing your package and setting a date, with a 50% booking fee securing your spot in my schedule.

SESSION DAY
It’s session day! You’re super excited and probably a bit nervous, but before you know it, your session is wrapped and you had a great time.

SELECTION
Within 48-72 hours of your session, your private online gallery will be ready for you to choose your photos for editing.
04
DELIVERY
Within 10-14 days of submitting your selection, you can expect your gorgeous photos to be in your gallery, ready to download.

Beautiful photographs are an investment in memories, connection, and the stories you never want to forget. To make your experience a little easier to plan for, packages over R1500 may be divided into 2–3 monthly payments.
Rather than paying everything at once, you can spread your investment in a way that feels more comfortable, all while still creating something meaningful for your family, your relationship, or yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book for?
I offer flexible weekday bookings for newborn sessions as I know baby arrives on their own schedule. It’s recommended to book your session for when baby will be 7-14 days old.
I want more photos in my package, can I add more?
Of course you can! After your session you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can purchase extra photos as well as premium quality prints like canvases and albums. Extra photos are priced at R89 per photo and include editing, plus a black & white duplicate.
I have an unconventional idea, can you help me?
‘Unconventional’ is my middle name; well it’s actually Ann, but you get the point. I thrive on different and thinking outside the box, so I can assure you that I’m always super excited to try something new.
I want to book, but feel I'm unphotogenic.
Stop right there! Everyone is photogenic, it’s just some people don’t know it yet. As a strong believer in self love and celebrating all bodies and gender-identities, I would love to show you the beautiful person I see- you! It’s my job to guide you to look and feel good during your session and that’s exactly what I’ll do.
