When we’re kids each of us had our quirks and some of us just never outgrew them. For me, I’ve always loved reminders of the past that you can hold in your hands; especially vintage fashion magazines, antique cookbooks and the like. I was that weird kid who looked forward to church fetes for the vintage treasures I could find.

Recently I’ve been drawing on those eras gone by for inspiration and letting them lead me to a whole new type of session to offer. Inspired by the roaring 1920s, I sewed a black lace kimono and met up with Linda in my Middelburg studio for makeup and a different kind of session.
